Green transition and sustainability – Companies ready for innovation

Encouraging results for the first year of the agreement between Confindustria Macerata, University of Camerino, ENEA, CNR and Manifaktura srl

At the end of 2021, the University of Camerino and Confindustria Macerata signed a three-year collaboration agreement, also in collaboration with the scientific research institutes ENEA, CNR and the company Manifaktura srl, in order to support companies towards a path of circular and sustainable economy, promoting innovation and the transfer of technologies and the competitiveness of industrial sectors. Round tables were set up in which 50 companies from various production sectors participated, which showed a strong interest in the topics of the circular economy and sustainability.
The UNICAM Rector Claudio Pettinari, the President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confindustria Macerata Alessio Castricini, the Director of Confindustria Macerata Gianni Niccolò and the scientific-operational team made up of Paola Bara, Francesco Balducci and Marco Antonini spoke about it during the press conference.
